As the mum you are probably the one trying to document your family’s life. But it means you are often left OUT of the photos. I can change it for you because your children deserve those memories of you.
The family photoshoot aims to capture your personalities and the love you have for one another in an authentic way. You will love the images of you and your family that are so much more than just pretty pictures to hang on the wall. They’re about telling your story and helping you to remember that sweet baby smell, the sound of your child’s giggle and your partner’s warm embrace.
I want your children to be wild and carefree just as they were born to be. They don’t need to sit still or look at the camera. Let’s capture the spontaneous and meaningful memories as they unfold. These photos will become family heirlooms, and as time goes you will all love them more and more.
I let my sessions flow organically, following the child’s needs. As a mum, I know how important it is to be patient with children and I might know a few good jokes to overcome camera shyness and provoke those sweet giggles. All I need from you is to interact and play with your sweethearts as you normally would.
Let’s make elegant, timeless and heartfelt photographs that you will one day show your not-so-little children and tell them stories about the days they were little.

Family photoshoot experience
Essentially you will all have fun and I will capture your real smiles, genuine emotions and everything in between. We might do jumping on the bed, bath time, snack time, tickles, cuddles with mummy and daddy, baby airplane, tag and more! I would love to hear how you play and interact with each other on a regular day.
Whether you choose a home or outdoor location, we can either focus on a specific activity or just hang around your house or at a local park you love going to. Childhood is about finding genuine pleasure at the little things and world exploration. I love to photograph children doing what they do so naturally - running, jumping, having fun and showing their true personality! In the summer I always recommend a golden hour (sunset) session to capture the most magical sunset light.
Don’t worry if your partner or children are not the biggest fans of having their photos taken. People often associate family photoshoots with awkward posing and forced smiles. Lifestyle photography is different - it allows families to have fun and be themselves during the shoot, and it’s the photographer’s job to capture all their love. I know a few good tricks and jokes to to make you enjoy yourself during the shoot - belly laughs to be expected!

Booking your family session
To book your photoshoot, simply fill out the contact form and I’ll get back to you ASAP. We will discuss the details of the photoshoot - your vision and needs.
After paying the session fee your booking will be confirmed and you’ll receive an email with all the information, Welcome Guide and a short questionnaire to help me find out more about you and your needs before the session. I’ll be also available for consultations (e.g. in regards to your clothing)

After your session
You will receive a sneak peek within 48h to make waiting for your gallery more bearable ;-). Your online gallery will be ready within two weeks. After reviewing your photos, you will choose which Collection you would like to purchase.
Most clients choose Print & Album Collections. I absolutely love helping you to turn your favourite images into beautiful tangible products!

Where Will Our Session Take Place?
Simple answer is: it can anywhere! In the comfort of your home, in the city, in a park that has a special meaning to you, a beautiful meadow or garden.
The location will depend on the type of photoshoot, time of year, number of people attending, age of your children. We’ll make sure that the location we choose meet your family’s needs.

What Should We Wear For Our Photoshoot?
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a Welcome Guide that include tips on what the to wear.
Choose outfits that you feel comfortable in and that allow a lot of movement. Maxi dresses always photograph beautifully. The Welcome Guide will help you choose best clothing for the whole family and I will be happy to help if you need a second opinion!

How To Prepare My Child For A Photoshoot?
Explain to your child in advance what will happen during the photoshoot. Keep it positive and exciting, emphasising that it will be a fun family activity.
Some families offer incentives for their cooperation. It can be something as simple as a small treat or a fun activity afterward. When I have my family photos done, we usually go for ice cream afterwards ;-)
